Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL) has brought 307.4 megawatts of new renewable energy projects into operation at Khavda in Gujarat, boosting its clean energy output as of January 1, 2026, the company said in official filings. These projects, developed through several of its step-down subsidiaries, include a mix of solar, wind and hybrid power plants that will start generating electricity from the start of the new year.

The newly commissioned capacity includes a 126 MW hybrid project by Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Ltd, a 75 MW solar project by Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C Ltd and a 50 MW hybrid unit by Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B Ltd, along with additional wind projects of 31.2 MW, 25 MW and 0.2 MW developed by related subsidiaries.  With these additions, AGEL’s total operational renewable energy capacity has risen to about 17,237.2 MW, reinforcing its leading position in India’s transition to clean power.

The projects were brought online following receipt of required clearances and are expected to commence commercial power generation from January 1, 2026. AGEL continues to expand its portfolio, aiming to significantly grow its renewable footprint across solar, wind and hybrid technologies.
